Our law firm was established in 2001 by Jeff Kinney, Becky Kasha, and John Buthod. We brought together more than 75 years of experience as practicing attorneys. Our backgrounds were with larger law firms in Evansville which represented major Tri-State business and professional clients.

Our founding premise was that only experienced lawyers, rather than inexperienced associates, would perform work for our clients, so it would be done correctly the first time. We then invested in up-to-date law office technology and legal resources.

This strategy has allowed us to provide the high quality legal services ordinarily associated with larger law firms, but without the inefficiency and duplication of services often found in larger law firms.

Since then, the firm has expanded slowly, by design. So while we now offer a wider range of legal services, we continue to provide those services in an efficient, cost-effective and personalized manner.
