started his law practice in Evansville in 1967 and remained with the
same large law firm for 30 years. His career has involved corporate,
contract, commercial and fiduciary litigation, business sales and
acquisitions, commercial lending and financing, construction law,
labor and employment, commercial and labor arbitration, and ESOP work
for a wide variety of Evansville area businesses including manufacturing,
banking, physician group practices, telecommunications, construction

Becky graduated from The Ohio State College of Law and began practice in 1986 in Indianapolis. In 1988, she moved to Evansville and developed a practice involving all aspects of health care law. Becky's practice focuses on malpractice and professional liability defense, as well as consulting on risk management issues and adverse event disclosure programs. She also serves as legal counsel to the Vanderburgh County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals.
Becky is active in a variety of groups within the Evansville community, including the Vanderburgh County Economic Development Commission, the Advisory Board for Evansville's Mesker Park Zoo and Botanic Garden, the Friends of Mesker Park Zoo, and the Evansville Bar Association.

John
is a native of Evansville and has practiced here since 1976. For much
of that time, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate
planning and the administration of trusts and estates. John assists
individuals and business owners in the development and implementation
of wills, trusts, and related matters. He recently served as Chair
of the Probate, Elder Law, and Guardianship Section of the Evansville
Bar Association. He also represents clients in the areas of elder
law, real estate, and corporate/business matters, and he maintains

J. Manion
A.J.
focuses his law practice on construction and construction litigation,
coupling his engineering education and experience in project management
with his law degree. A.J. received his undergraduate degree in construction
engineering and then worked in project management on complex commercial
and heavy civil construction projects in several states.
As an attorney, A.J. has extensive experience as a trial attorney
(jury trials, court trials, arbitrations and frequent oral arguments
in trial and appellate practice) and he previously served as a Law
Clerk for the Hon. Gene E. Brooks, U.S. District Court Judge. A.J.
represents General Contractors, Construction Managers, Design-Builders,
Subcontractors and Construction vendors on construction law matters
including an extensive claims practice, and he frequently lectures
on construction-related topics. A.J. recently earned his Masters
of Business Administration, and is admitted to practice law in the
State and Federal Courts of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Tony
W. Fehrenbacher
Tony received his bachelors degree with honors from Indiana University-Bloomington.
He completed his legal education at the University of Notre Dame Law
School, where he clerked as research assistant to the Honorable J.
Eric Smithburn. Tony’s practice emphasis is litigation. He handles
primarily construction and employment matters. Tony represents clients
in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, bench and jury trials,
and appellate proceedings before state and federal courts in Indiana,
Illinois and Kentucky.
As an Evansville native, Tony enjoys giving back to the community,
serving on the Board of Trustees for the Evansville Catholic Interparochial
High Schools and on the Board of Directors for the Mater Dei Friends
& Alumni Association, Inc. Tony is active in Evansville Bar
Association, the Girl Scouts of Raintree Council, Cursillo, and
